CLHS vertical fuel gas atmospheric hot water boiler
The CLHS type fully automatic fuel and gas hot water boiler is a smoke tube boiler with a burner placed under it. The boiler is produced and tested in accordance with the relevant standards of JB/T7985-2002 "General Technical Conditions for Atmospheric Hot Water Boilers", and is equipped with an intelligent color screen boiler controller. It has the characteristics of easy operation, direct display, safety and reliability. The setting menu includes automatic load adjustment, automatic water replenishment, two-stage combustion, timed operation, circulation pump temperature control and other automatic control functions. It has safety protection such as water shortage, overtemperature and overpressure.
Equipped with original burner, automatic program control ignition, hydraulic automatic damper, the flame is optimized for combustion effect, enhancing the overall economic performance of the machine.
The burner flame burns under slight positive pressure inside the vertical furnace chamber, and the high-temperature flue gas rushes upward along the furnace chamber to wash the heating surface of the smoke tube. After convective heat exchange, it is concentrated in the upper smoke box and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
